Prepare quarterly and annual financial statement and perform annual audit. Prepares asset, liability, and capital accounts. Conduct budget and cost analysis to ensure healthy financial outlook. Review general ledger on monthly basis. Payroll related tasks. Prepare monthly profit and lost statement to manager. Assist in accounting tasks in real estate transactions. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Report management on financial and accounting stats and outlook.
Master’s degree in Accounting required. One year experience in accounting or tax preparation required (accepts intern experience).
